DO YOU DELIVER?
Average time for delivery is 2 – 3 days throughout Trinidad and Tobago. The following are our delivery options:
- TTPOST Delivery (Please select Direct Bank Transfer with this option) – $30
- Short Delivery: Areas BETWEEN Trincity & Barataria in the East-West corridor. – $30
- Regular Courier Service: NO FURTHER THAN Sangre Grande & San Fernando – $40
- Courier Service FURTHER THAN San Fernando & Sangre Grande – $65
- Outskirt Delivery (Areas far from Highway (eg. Rio Claro, Williamsville, Matura etc.) – $80
- FREE Pickup at UWI St. Augustine (Mon – Fri between 8am-4:30pm)

- Direct Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery
- We do not facilitate Debit/ Credit Card transactions
WHAT ARE THE ITEMS IN STOCK?
- We keep all of our items in stock and do not list items that we do not have. If an item that is out of stock was sold, you will be notified via email and refunded.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE/BROKEN ITEMS?
- If you receive an item that was damaged or broken before opening, please email dkdazzlett@gmail.com or contact our instagram page to let us know within 24 hours of receiving. If this time has passed it cannot be claimed as “damaged”. Many of the items on our website are fragile and can be damaged if handled incorrectly so please handle with care.
COULD I RETURNS/EXCHANGE ITEMS AFTER PURCHASE?
- Due to the Nature of this business we have a NO EXCHANGE policy as it is a health and safety risk.
